Good to be Home

What a great trip though. I met so many cool people from all over the country. One of the pictures I’m posting is of me and a href=””Mike Colon/a, who is an Orange County CA photographer. I just got back from his seminar a few weeks ago, and we had such a great time. He and his wife opened their home to 13 complete strangers, and we had the time of our lives! Such a great guy, and so down to earth. So it was only fitting to have a picture of us this time /br /I do have to say this trip was mostly work, and very little play. I went to many different seminars, and looked at A LOT of products. James and I were exhausted by the end of each day. The highlight of the trip was that I finally got to meet a href=””David Jay/a. I was like a school girl with a crush! You would’ve thought I met Brad Pitt or something! I have been following DJ’s work for some time now, and he’s really been the inspiration behind getting me to where I’m at now. I guess he’s the colleague that I aspire to be like one day. He was generous enough to talk with James and I and share some stories about his struggles in the beginning of his career, and what steps he’s taken to get where he’s at now. He’s truly an amazing guy. He was a lot taller than I pictured him too! 🙂 Sorry DJ if you read this, but it’s true! Unfortunately, I didn’t have my camera with me, but one of my friends did. As soon as I get the pictures, I’ll post /br /Anyways, got some great ideas and can’t wait to get them going. Thanks to all the great people that I met. And I hope to catch up with you all soon!

that’s a hot photo – don’t show it to James, he might get jealous! 🙂
