I met Dustin and Rebecca for their engagement session at Cantigny. We kept going back and forth for locations, and with the weird weather we’ve been having, I wasn’t sure what the grounds were really going to look like. I am so glad we went! I know we were hoping for a little warmer weather for Rebecca’s outfit that day, but we’ll take what we can get! When we arrived, there was a wedding going on, plus another bride and groom and their bridal party, plus a prom. Yes, you heard me, a prom was there. I remember the days of getting all of my 15-20 “best friends” together for photos beforehand. These guys went all out, and came to a park for photos. So needless to say, the park was packed! The best part though I have to say, is almost at the end of the session, we found a wild turkey roaming around. It was sorta one of those moments when you do no, not a double, but a triple take, and then I heard myself say out loud, “is that a turkey hobbling around????” The poor thing looked so old, and he was the only one running around. The rest of them left him behind. Dustin was itching to go after it, so I made sure to include a photo of what could have been Thanksgiving dinner! Ha! Thanks so much for hanging out with me guys! Can’t wait for your wedding!
